Please read carefully before bidding.

1. As-Is, Where-Is Sales

All items are sold on an as-is, where-is basis with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Descriptions, photographs and condition notes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items and verify all details before bidding.

2. Bidder Eligibility

Bidding is open to registered users aged 18 and over. Buyers from Caribbean countries and the United States may participate. By registering you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to enter binding purchase agreements.

3. Binding Bids

Every bid placed is a legally binding offer to purchase. Once the auction closes, the highest bid meeting any applicable reserve is the winning bid. Retracting a winning bid or failing to pay may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposits.

4. Reserve Prices

Some lots carry an undisclosed reserve price. If bidding does not meet the reserve, the item may not be sold. The current bid displayed does not indicate whether a reserve has been met.

5. Payment

Winning bidders must complete payment promptly through our secure Stripe checkout. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, duties and buyer premiums (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Collection & Shipping

Buyers are responsible for arranging collection or shipping of purchased items, including any export, freight and customs costs for delivery to Caribbean destinations. Our team can assist in coordinating logistics upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

CaribSurplus Auctions acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use, transport or resale of purchased items. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.

8. Governing Terms

By using this platform you accept these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
